Q: We haven't seen any new activity lately, "What's Up?"
A: You're right. On a personal note, we've been busy caring for a elderly, infrmed mother and we're in the stages of relocating. The 30 modules presently available should keep you busy. We should be relocated by the end of September and back into production. Q: Will you do a seminar on selling against the $49 & $99 systems?
A: Yes, already done and part of the Selling & Marketing Module.
Q: Are these courses approved for CEU credits?
A: This is a work in-progress. We have submitted our courses, but like so many things, it takes time. And the bottom line is the success of your business. Your success is not based on a CEU credit. It's based on all your people knowing what they need to do to contribute to the overall success of your venture.
Q: How does your training differ from everyone else's?
A: Most of the other training is product specific and taught by an individual that knows the product. They probably never installed one or had to service one in the field. Our training comes from the field. I used to be a Dealer / Installer so I know what you face on a daily basis. It's practical, simple and not time consuming. Also; many of the text book subjects covered, are covered again by people without real installation experience so they have a difficult time making practical applications.
Q: Are you a member of the NBFAA?
A: We submitted our application and they said it would be a conflict of interest for them to allow us to be a member. I don't understand how a school that provides needed practical training would be a conflict, but so be it.
Q: You say you used to be an instructor for the NBFAA; why aren't you now?
A: I had to back off for a while to care for my aged parents. In the mean time, I feel I can share my 30 yrs+ experience with my fellow colleagues through my Inter-Train Video modules. We'll see what the future holds.
Q. Besides seeing an improvement in my employees performance, how will I know if they really got it?
A. If Certification is required, then the student will have to submit a written report on what they have learned on a given video module and we will either accept or reject it and they can move on to the next or have to go back and re-submit a new report until accepted. Upon acceptable completion they will receive a "Certificate of Completion."
Q. What's happening to the other languages?
A. To be honest, we invested $1,000 in translation software and we're having a hard time getting to to work. Be patient, it's coming!
